3. Product Representation
We strive to display product images and colors as accurately as possible.
However: Actual product color may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, and screen display settings.
Such minor color differences will not be considered a defect or valid reason for return/exchange.
4. Orders & Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (fraud suspicion, stock issues, etc.)
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days
- Delivery timelines may vary based on location
- Delays due to courier partners or external factors are not under our control
6. Return, Exchange & Refund
- Customers must follow our Return & Exchange Policy
- Requests raised beyond the allowed timeframe will not be accepted
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection
7. Wrong / Defective Product
- Customers must provide proper unboxing video proof
- Claims without proof may not be accepted
Approved cases must ensure pickup within the given timeframe, or the request will be cancelled.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
9. COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy
- COD orders may require confirmation via call/WhatsApp
- We reserve the right to cancel unverified COD orders
- Repeated fake or refused orders may lead to COD restriction
