Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Ahuja’s Collection, we want every pair to feel perfect. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within clear and fair guidelines.

Return & Exchange Window

  • Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
  • Requests after 5 days will not be accepted.

Refund Structure

1. Prepaid Orders

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after quality inspection approval.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refund will be issued as store credit only.
  • COD handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase.

Free Size Exchange (One-Time)

  • We offer one free size exchange per order.
  • Applicable within 5 days of delivery.
  • Subject to stock availability.

After the first free exchange:

  • Delivery and pickup charges will be applicable for further exchanges.

If the requested size is unavailable, refund/store credit will be issued as per the original payment method.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is compulsory for all:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refund claims
  • Damaged/incorrect item reports

Video Guidelines:

  • Record in one continuous, uninterrupted shot.
  • Show the sealed package clearly before opening.
  • Display the shipping label.
  • Capture the complete opening process.
  • Clearly show the product and any issue.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused and unworn.
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact.
  • No sole marks, creases, stains, scratches, or signs of wear.

All returned items undergo quality inspection before approval.

Condition Mismatch Policy

If we receive:

  • A used or worn product
  • A damaged item not shown in the unboxing video
  • A different or incorrect product

The return or exchange request will be declined immediately.

In such case, the customer is required to get the return package picked up within 7 days of approval. Requests not completed within this timeframe will be permanently closed.

Ahuja’s Collection reserves the right to make the final decision after inspection.
