Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At Ahuja’s Collection, we want every pair to feel perfect. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within clear and fair guidelines.

Return & Exchange Window

Requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
Requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

All approved returns will be processed as store credit only.

  • Store credit can be used on our website or in-store.
  • Credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after successful quality inspection.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or bank refund.
  • Any delivery or COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Free Size Exchange (One-Time)

We offer one free size exchange per order.

  • Applicable within 5 days of delivery
  • Subject to stock availability

If the requested size is unavailable:

  • Store credit will be issued

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is compulsory for all:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Damaged or incorrect item claims

Video Guidelines:

  • Record in one continuous, uninterrupted shot
  • Show the sealed package clearly before opening
  • Display the shipping label
  • Capture the complete unboxing process
  • Clearly show the product and any issue

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be intact
  • No sole marks, creases, stains, scratches, or signs of wear
  • For products under Clearance Sale, any refund or exchange will not be provided as we have limited stock for that particular design
  • No Exchange or returns for The Extra Collection (Caps)

All returned items undergo strict quality inspection before approval.

Condition Mismatch Policy

If we receive:

  • A used or worn product
  • A damaged item not shown in the unboxing video
  • A different or incorrect product

The request will be rejected immediately.

In such cases, the customer must arrange pickup of the product within 7 days of notification.
Requests not completed within this timeframe will be permanently closed.

Final Decision

Ahuja’s Collection reserves the right to make the final decision after inspection.
